Q1.) What is iVAC?
iVAC is an independent body comprising of officers with past experience of working at High commissions in New Delhi. iVAC helps international education aspirants in assessment of their Visa documents prior to their submission. AT present, iVAC is supporting only Australian Student Visa assessments.
Q2.) How is the iVAC score calculated?
The iVAC score is calculated based on the information submitted by an applicant in the iVAC application form. This data is first sanitized, then standardized, and subsequently assessed by iVAC officers after referencing it with respective High commission’s Visa requirements. As a final step, the applicants’ data is processed through iVAC’s proprietary visa success algorithm to get the candidates iVAC score.
Q3.) Does a high/low iVAC score guarantee visa success?
iVAC is an independent body that guides candidates to improve their visa application. A high or low iVAC score is indication of candidates high/low chances of visa success. Also, note that iVAC score is dependent on data submitted by a candidate. Any incorrect data submission may lead to discrepancy in iVAC score and give wrong guidance towards visa success.
Q4.) What is the iVAC assessment process?
The iVAC assessment is a 3-step process:
- Visit an iVAC partner in your city, pay the applicable fee of Rs.8000 + taxes, and submit your iVAC application. You will also get an exclusive booklet prepared by iVAC officers – “The Australian Visa Success Master Guide” for your future reference.
- This application is received by an iVAC officer who reviews and assesses the application to generate your iVAC score and 25 page detailed report with ways to improve your application and increase your chances of visa success. Schedule a 30 minute counselling session with iVAC officer who will present your detailed report and guide you with ways to improve your application.
- Modify your application and apply to your chosen university. In certain cases, iVAC can help file your visa application as well.
